I Spy a Family, LLC is owned by Molly Rhoten.
Molly lives in Kirkland, WA with her husband and her 3-year-old son.
She graduated from Yale University in 1993, and worked at Microsoft from then until the fall of 2004.
At Microsoft Molly was a project manager who led a program management team of 18 people.
This team coordinated a version of Microsoft Windows which involved 200+ people.
Molly started creating family websites when her son was born in 2003.
She soon started building similar websites for friends who also had new babies,
and decided to turn it into a business when she left Microsoft. She works
part-time and really enjoys the balance she has between pursuing her business
goals and spending time with her family. |
